Patricia Robinson

Patricia is a Senior Associate in the Family team.  She specialises in all areas of family law, particularly high value divorce cases involving complex business, trusts and jurisdictional issues. Patricia is also experienced in prenuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and children issues and is a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

Best Career Moment: Obtaining a Hemain injunction from the High Court to preclude the husband from pursuing proceedings in another country.

Patricia is actively involved with Resolution and sits as Chairperson of the Manchester Resolution Committee.  She is also a trained Resolution Collaborative Lawyer and is a committee member of the Manchester collaborative group, Separation Solutions.  Patricia is an active committee member of the Trafford Law Society and she has also written academic articles for publications such as the Family Law Journal and Resolution Review.

Patricia qualified as a solicitor in 1999.
