Solicitors in the Family Department![]() Ben AttwoodBen is a Solicitor and an Associate at Pannone LLP, Ben qualified as a solicitor in August 2002. He is a trained collaborative lawyer and also an all issues mediator, having been trained by Resolution. Ben is a Resolution accredited specialist in advanced financial provision and domestic abuse. Ben is a member of the Manchester Collaborative Law Group, Separation Solutions. Ben regularly writes on family law matters for legal and other publications. ![]() James BrownJames qualified in September 2004 with a leading London family law firm. In November 2007 he returned home to Manchester and joined Pannone's family law team. James specialises in financial cases with substantial assets and works with the renowned Beth Wilkins. He is a Resolution accredited specialist in complex financial cases and children law and has had articles published in various legal and non-legal publications. He has expertise in all aspects of family law. ![]() Claire LawsonClaire is Pannone born and bred. After completing her training with us at Pannone, she qualified into the family department in September 2004. Claire has substantial experience in all areas of family law and is now a Resolution accredited solicitor with specialism in complex financial cases and child law. Claire lectures to the legal profession and has published journal articles on family law issues. She has also contributed to online professional support publications for fellow family lawyers. Claire is an active member of Resolution. She is one of the founder members of Young Resolution in Manchester and currently sits as treasurer to the committee. Claire is also a member of one of Resolution’s national committees based in London. ![]() Katie LoweKatie joined Pannone in 2005 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in September 2007. She specialises in all types of family work and in particular divorce and financial aspects of divorce. ![]() Naomi McGloinNaomi joined Pannone in 2007 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in September 2009. She specialises in all aspects of Family Law. ![]() Vicki McLynnVicki trained with Pannone and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Vicki advises in all areas of family law with a particular focus on complex financial cases. She also deals with disputes between unmarried couples and cases regarding arrangments for children. Vicki is an active member of Resolution. She is also a trained Resolution Collaborative lawyer and member of the Manchester Collaborative Law Group, Separation Solutions. Vicki regularly lectures to the legal profession and has had articles published in professional journals and the local press in respect of family law issues. ![]() Helen MillerHelen is an associate solicitor having qualified in 2002. Helen has a broad background in the practice of family law and is a Resolution accredited lawyer with specialisms in both advanced financial provision and children law. She is a founder committee member of Young Resolution Manchester and regularly contributes to professional family law publications. After working for 4 years in our Manchester office with the Head of Department Catherine Jones, Helen moved to our Alderley Edge office in October 2008 and now practises alongside Louise Halford, with particular emphasis on high net worth and complex international family law cases. ![]() Cara NuttallCara is a Solicitor and an Associate at Pannone LLP. After training with Pannone LLP, Cara qualified in 2006. Cara deals with all aspects of family law, but specialises in complex children matters, including cases with an international element, and has experience of child abduction cases. She is a member of Resolution and sits on the regional committee of Young Resolution. ![]() Joanne RadcliffJoanne qualified as a solicitor with Pannone in September 2008 after having trained with Pannone. She undertakes all types of family law. ![]() Joanne RaisbeckJoanne qualified as a solicitor in 2001. After initially working for a leading firm of solicitors in the East Midlands, she joined Pannone in 2004. Joanne principally deals with high net worth financial disputes on divorce and works closely alongside Beth Wilkins. ![]() Philip RhodesPhillip qualified as a solicitor in September 2004 and joined Pannone in 2007. He is a member of Resolution and sits on the committee of Young Resolution, Manchester. He specialises in all areas of divorce. ![]() Patricia RobinsonPatricia is a Senior Associate in the Family department at Pannone LLP. Patricia qualified as a solicitor in 1999 with Mace and Jones, Liverpool and subsequently worked at Laytons in Manchester for almost 8 years before joining the Family team as a senior associate at the Pannone Hale office in November 2009. Patricia specialises in all areas of family law, particularly in relation to high value divorce cases involving complex business, trusts and jurisdictional issues. Patricia is also experienced in cohabitation disputes and children issues. ![]() Katy StirlingKaty joined Pannone in 2007, and qualified as a solicitor in the family department in September 2009. She is based in the Alderley Edge office where she deals with all aspects of family law. ![]() Clare WilliamsClare qualified as a solicitor in the family department in September 2008.
