Court Services

Her Majesty`s Courts Service (HMCS) is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Our remit is to deliver justice effectively and efficiently to the public. We are responsible for managing the magistrates` courts, the Crown Court, county courts, the High Court and Court of Appeal in England and Wales.

H.M Land Registry

Land Registry is the government department responsible to the Lord Chancellor. It is responsible for keeping and maintaining the Land Register of England

Official Solicitor

The Court Funds Office (CFO) was established in 1726 by an Act of Parliament and the creation of the post of Accountant General of the Court of Chancery (later to become CFO). We administer funds paid `into court` as a result of civil proceedings in courts in England and Wales, including the High Court.

Resolution (SFLA)

Resolution, first for family law, is an association of over 5000 solicitors who are committed to promoting a non-confrontational atmosphere in which family law matters are dealt with in a sensitive, constructive and cost-effective way. It sets high standards of good practice in family law and runs an accreditation scheme for specialist family lawyers. Formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association.
