Property acquisition, development and management

Pannone’s Public Sector Team regularly advises public sector clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties, management of their property portfolios and property development arrangements, frequently in conjunction with the private sector. Our work for such clients has included:

  • Advising on a collaboration agreement for a 400 acre green field industrial development.
  • Advising on a development agreement for the doubling in size of an existing town centre retail scheme
  • Advising on a development and disposal framework relating to the establishment of a concert hall
