Non-contentious highlights include acting for Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine in its alliances with universities and private companies, and advising Hasgrove on the IP issues surrounding its recent acquisitions of communications, marketing and digital media companies. On the contentious side, the team acted for Netcom Distribution in a parallel import action brought by Microsoft and was involved in a patent infringement action relating to Heelys Shoes.
