Our Environment Team is headed by Keith Davidson. Keith has a national reputation for contaminated land advice and is regularly involved in high profile corporate transactions, contaminated land proceedings and regeneration projects. For several years Keith has been recognised as a leader in his field by independent directories, Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.

We are at the forefront of climate change strategy in the North West. Keith is an Environment Commissioner for the AGMA Environment Commission and is helping to deliver retrofitting projects and low carbon business initiatives in the Manchester City Region.

Our specialist lawyers challenge Top Tier London Firms for environmental work. We advise a broad spectrum of public and private sector clients including BASF, Chevron, Manchester City Council, Manchester Airport Group, Tradebe, the Highways Agency and DB Schenker.

We have been appointed as sole UK environmental law partner for Groundwork's ELUS and HASLUS service. This provides an online register of environmental and health & safety legislation and risk management tool for organisations. Customers include the Met Office and the Olympic Delivery Authority.

We practice what we preach. Pannone is currently implementing ISO 14001 into our Manchester office and as a climate change leader we are encouraging others to follow us.
