Our debt recovery team has a long and successful track record of recovering business to business debts. Some of the UK’s largest businesses trust us to recover what they are owed and our clients include Hilti ( UK), L’Oreal, PRS and DHL ( International). We also act for numerous smaller companies/SMEs and we have represented some of our longstanding clients for over 25 years.
Our team has worked together for many years and we work hard to get to know our client’s businesses and how they operate. By investing this time we can add real value to the debt recovery process and provide practical, effective advice as to the most appropriate route for collection. This advice is borne out of decades of experience.
We operate our debt recovery service on two alternative bases in terms of fees and costs.
We act for many of our longstanding clients on a fixed fee recovery basis. Our costs are fixed and transparent and are usually recoverable in full from the debtor company.
We will explain these costs to you from the outset of any instruction. Our costs are fixed to those costs permitted by the court as recoverable costs from the debtor.

We are also able to act on a conditional fee agreement in certain debt matters. A conditional fee agreement is sometimes referred to as a “no win, no fee” agreement.
We will assess your debt at the outset and if it satisfies our review for this purpose we will act for you on a no recovery, no fee basis. This initial assessment is at no cost to you. If we are not successful in recovering your debt for you, we will not charge you in respect of our fees.
We are also able to offer this service if the recovery process includes county court proceedings or insolvency proceedings. If we offer you a conditional fee based debt recovery service, our fees are capped at 15% of the amount recovered and will be based on the actual time spent recovering your debt.
