Our Construction, Engineering and Projects Department is led by Sean McCay. Sean is one of the leading construction and engineering lawyers in the North West and has extensive experience in the energy (including nuclear), waste and process engineering sectors. Sean is highly rated by The Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and the Legal 500 as a leading practitioner in his field. Sean qualified in 1992 at Hammonds where he advised in relation to a broad range of construction and project related issues before becoming a partner in 1999. Sean joined Pannone in 2006.
