Complaints to Competition Authority

A complaint to the competition authorities can be a cost effective way of putting a stop to a supplier's or competitor's anti-competitive behaviour.

For example, if the client believes that there is a cartel in its industry or that a dominant competitor is carrying out predatory pricing.

As the competition authorities are not obliged to investigate complaints, it is important to make the best case. Our specialist competition solicitors advise clients on the merits of the complaint and assist in putting the complaint together and dealing with the competition authorities.
