Our experience

Our experience includes:

  • Acting for a former household name international cricketer in successfully obtaining substantial damages for libel against a foreign newspaper.
  • Acting for an individual in relation to documents seized by the Information Commissioner's office which contained information relating to our client. This is now a leading case concerning privacy and data protection issues.
  • Advised and took steps to protect the reputation of a substantial company featured on BBC2's Newsnight programme with Jeremy Paxman.
  • Acting to protect to reputations of key witnesses in the Princess Diana inquest and the inquest into the death of the late Chief Constable of Greater Manchester.
