IT disputes

The Commercial Litigation department at Pannone LLP includes a dedicated team of solicitors who have significant experience of resolving IT and telecoms-related disputes. Our team has acted in some of the largest technology disputes that have made their way through the UK courts.

Whilst the expertise of the team covers taking action for our clients through the UK courts and through arbitration, including by obtaining freezing injunctions and search and seize orders, we also have substantial experience of using alternative dispute resolution to resolve disputes and will always recommend alternative dispute resolution as a means of resolving disputes where appropriate.
