Agency services

The commercial litigation department at Pannone LLP offers an efficient and cost-effective agency service for those firms without a presence in Manchester, or who need assistance in the Manchester courts.

Our agency team can assist with:

  • The issue of court proceedings and applications in the Manchester Civil Courts.
  • The sealing and filing of documents.
  • Advocacy before District Judges, including CMC's (where appropriate), applications for judgment or summary judgment, to set aside judgment, for relief from sanctions, for strike out applications, and in final charging order, bankruptcy and winding up hearings.
  • Assisting in the selection and/or instruction of counsel.
  • Arranging or attending conferences with counsel or attending court with counsel.
