Litigation funding is a key issue for clients. Litigation is traditionally seen as hard to control in terms of costs and risky in terms of outcome. With the extra flexibility of Advantage, you regain control and can deal with your disputes in a clear and focussed way. You will have an agreed strategy at the outset together with a complete understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your case. Further, if your case has at least a 60% prospect of success (and your opponent has the means to pay) we will agree to discount our fees by as much as 100% and you will be covered for up to £200,000 of your opponent's costs if you lose.
