We acted for DebtMatters in the substantial liquidation of Blackgates Distribution Limited, which involved two applications to the Supreme Court in the Seychelles under the International Business Companies Act for claims in excess of £12m against a former director.

We acted for PKF in the bankruptcy estate of Paul (“the Plumber”) Davidson in bankruptcy a high profile individual against whom the FSA imposed a fine of £750k for market abuse which was subsequently overturned by the Markets Tribunal. We achieved significant realisations and fees.
