Availability of financial assistance

As well as making a compensation claim you may be able to obtain state benefits if you are diagnosed with work related dermatitis.

State benefits system

The benefits you are entitled to will depend on your particular circumstances. Benefits may include Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit.

You should be aware that if you already receive means tested benefits, payment of Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit may disqualify you from receiving the means-tested benefits. Interim payment
