Time limits in making a claim
The time limit to bring a claim under the Human Rights Act is one year. Judicial review cases have a time limit of three months. If your case is a personal injury or clinical negligence claim, the time limit is three years.
However, if you have a case that is outside the legal time limit we may be still be able to help you bring a claim.
