As one of only a very few law firms in the UK practising in this specialist area, we can provide a single point of contact for those parties involved in the conveyancing process in France or Spain (eg clients, agents or notaires / notarios ), helping to ensure the smooth progress of your transaction and helping to avoid delays.
We offer a complete, end-to-end conveyancing service, explaining legal documents and providing independent advice in English.
As part of a full-service law team, we can call on the legal knowledge and experience of other in-house solicitors in areas such as wills, probate and estate planning and residential property to provide a coordinated strategy that takes into account your complete personal circumstances. We also assist with succession issues and estates in the UK which include property in France and Spain, advising on the local legislation and tax, drafting Wills or Codicils, etc., as appropriate.
Our team
Pannone's International Property team comprises three fee earners and is headed by Lindsay Kinnealy. Lindsay has been practising in the field of French and Spanish property for over 18 years and is assisted by Katie Lawden and solicitor Susana Lajusticia. Susana is also a qualified Spanish abogado. All staff in our International Property team, including secretarial staff, are bi- or tri-lingual.
Our client base is located worldwide though the majority of clients are in the UK and the Irish Republic.
We offer various fixed package services charged at an hourly rate or at a fixed fee (at your choice). However, many of our clients prefer a bespoke service tailored to their individual needs.
