This is a French deed which enables a third party to deal with your affairs, pay taxes and execute deeds on your behalf, if you are unable to do so in person.
We can prepare English, French or bilingual documents for you in the UK which can then be executed in the presence of a UK notary public (ie 'notarised'). This is a service which we offer in-house with our own notary public. Alternatively, we can usually provide you with the details of a notary in your own vicinity or nearest large town.
We also deal with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on your behalf in order to obtain the 'apostille' (ie a legalisation certificate to make the deed valid for use abroad) facilitating and progressing the process as quickly as possible.
