Example costs information
Below are examples of the sort of information we provide to clients in our costs reports. We use tables, charts and graphs to illustrate the financial information we provide in a user friendly format.
Example 1

This bar line allows us to see the overall estimated costs involved split by costs already incurred and costs to be incurred. It gives an indication of how far we are into the claim.
Example 2

We use the most appropriate level of fee earner to complete each stage throughout your case in order to minimise costs. This chart is a useful way of illustrating how resources will be used and if we are under or over utilising our resources. Reviewing your budget allows us to re-assess the current situation for future planning.
Example 3
This graph acts as a cash flow forecast and shows actual and estimated costs spread over the stages of the claim. It allows us to monitor for example, whether costs are particularly high or low in any given month. You tend to see a sudden increase of estimated costs towards the end of a claim as trial costs are typically high.
Example 4

This graphical example shows us how long each stage of the claim is likely to last. We allocate start and finish dates to each task undertaken thus providing clients with an estimated litigation time-table.
