The Professional Negligence team acts for lenders including banks, building societies and secondary lenders in claims against solicitors, auditors, accountants, valuers and surveyors.
Our advice is commercial at all times and always focuses on the individual requirements of the client. All team members are experienced litigators and will take court action where necessary. However, we will also advise in relation to methods of alternative dispute resolution (in particular mediation) where this could be appropriate to achieve early and cost effective resolution of a dispute.
At the centre of the team are Kit Sorrell, Paul Jonson and Dan Grindey, partners who have extensive experience in the North West in representing lenders.
