The Dispute Resolution team has a wealth of commercial litigation experience but we recognise that court action will not always be appropriate. We also have extensive experience of all types of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, and strive to assist clients in resolving disputes without the need for litigation.
Where it is appropriate to consider an alternative to litigation, we will discuss with you whether formal mediation is appropriate. Our experience demonstrates that mediation can be a successful way of resolving disputes early and cost effectively. We have taken more than 70 disputes to mediation in the last two years.
