Whilst the expertise of the team covers taking action for our clients through the UK courts and through arbitration, including by obtaining freezing injunctions and search and seize orders, we also have substantial experience of using alternative dispute resolution to resolve disputes and will always recommend alternative dispute resolution as a means of resolving disputes where appropriate.
