Our experience in resolving international disputes includes:
- acting for a commercial agent in relation to the termination of his agency by the American principal, where the agency covered Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa
- acting for an Italian chemical supplier in relation to the loss of cargo in the Port of Algiers, which involved emergency action through our Algerian co-respondent
- acting for a multi-national corporation in relation to the termination of its relationship with its distributor in East Africa
- acting for a multi-national corporation in an arbitration concerning the supply and distribution network in the Bahamas
