All County Court claims are issued from our office to the Northampton County Court Bulk Issue Centre (CCBC) which means that our clients receive the benefit, not only of reduced Court fees, but of an assurance that the Court will issue the proceedings on the day of receipt.
We will deal with:
- the issue of Claim Form proceedings
- any response to Claim Form including
-
- offers of payment
- requests for further information regarding debt
- part admissions; initial advice on defences received
- obtaining Instructions re Entry of Default Judgment if no response is received to Claim Form
- Only fixed recoverable solicitors' costs and court fees are charged. All of these fees are added to the debt which is being claimed along with either statutory or contractual interest.
