Who needs the Localism Bill?
On 30 June 2011 Pannone led a round table discussion on the Localism Bill which included senior local government lawyers from across the country. Local Government Lawyer (the leading online resource for local government lawyers) attended the event and are writing it up in a series of articles. The event has given senior legal practitioners and others the opportunity of making their views known while the Localism Bill is being debated in Parliament.
