Pannone’s Dispute Resolution team has extensive experience over many years acting for public sector organisations and public sector-owned bodies in a wide range of contentious matters.
We have particular understanding of the issues affecting the public sector, both legal issues and wider economic and social considerations, and deliver cost-effective, pragmatic solutions. We are used to litigating in a wide variety of tribunals including court, arbitration and lands tribunal.
We have particular expertise in procurement issues, working in close conjunction with our non-contentious experts in this field, and are used to advising on disputes arising both under the new Remedies Directive and under the previous regime. Advice in this context has been given to, among others, a substantial passenger transport executive and an NHS procurement body.
