More Tummy Problems at Torremolinos Hotel

Commenting he said, “This hotel has a record of complaints over several years and it looks like the same problems are reoccurring. In fact, a group legal action against the Beach Club Hotel in Torremolinos has recently settled for £2.5 million in compensation. People have paid good money for their week or fortnight in the sun and these tourists do not deserve to be sent to a hotel where there seem to be obvious problems.

“My advice to anyone returning to the UK after having had problems with illness at the Beach Club Hotel in Torremolinos is to see a doctor as soon as possible to confirm exactly what their illness was and then to seek legal advice re possible compensation.

“If anyone is scheduled to go to the Beach Club Torremolinos hotel for a holiday, it may be worth contacting their travel agent to ascertain the latest position. If people still go to the hotel, they should keep any evidence of illness such as receipts from chemists, doctors’ prescriptions and copies of complaints made to tour reps.”
