Simon is a Legal Director and Head of the Corporate Tax team.

Qualified as both a barrister and solicitor, his experience has been gained in the accounting profession (with KPMG) and in industry (with AMEC plc) as well as the legal profession.

He advises on all aspects of business and property tax including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, employee incentives, reorganisations and restructuring.

Simon is recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, which describe him as “very helpful and always keeping things running smoothly” with “ real commercial nous".
