Sean is Head of the Corporate Services division and the Head of the Construction, Engineering and Projects group, specialising in contentious construction and engineering matters.

Sean is regarded as one of the leading construction and engineering lawyers in the North West and has extensive experience in the energy (including nuclear), waste and process engineering sectors. Sean is highly rated by the Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession and the Legal 500 as a leading practitioner in his field. He is cited by the publication The International Who’ s Who of Business Lawyers “as a leading construction and engineering lawyer".

Sean has considerable experience of all forms of conflict management and dispute resolution including mediation, conciliation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation with particular expertise in the heavy engineering, utilities, waste to energy and nuclear decommissioning sectors. He also has extensive experience of the many standard forms of contract including NEC, JCT, ICE, MF/1, IChemE and various contractual arrangements in the nuclear sector. 

Sean was admitted in 1992 and became a partner in 1999 before joining Pannone in October 2006. Sean is a member of the firm's Management Board.
