Jim is a Partner and Head of the Employment team at Pannone.

He has acted for clients ranging from Trade Unions to household name plcs, NHS Trusts, major public sector institutions, local authorities and (before its abolition) the Commissioner for the Rights of Trade Union Members.

In addition to his normal workload, Jim is a regular speaker on Employment Law and is the principal presenter of the firm’ s successful “ HR Forum” series of lectures. He also specialises in creating and delivering tailored in house training for employers and contributes regular articles to a number of periodicals. He has a particular interest in data protection and employer confidentiality issues. 

Jim qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and became a partner in 1998.
