Charles is a Solicitor and Partner at Pannone and has, since 2005, operated solely in a management role.

His work centres on the management and strategic development of Pannone. Currently Charles focuses on the following areas:

• the strategic development of the newly established Pannone Affinity Solutions, focusing on "volume" legal services, including the full range of consumer legal services either directly for the consumer or through relationships with affinity scheme providers and legal expense insurers/ brokers
• focusing on how Pannone continue to improve the delivery of their legal services, the opportunities afforded by the Legal Services Act and the changing face of the legal market
• the strategic development of Pannone’s Connect2Law scheme, the UK's leading referral and support network for law firms. Connect2Law was established by Pannone in 2001 and, with in excess of 2,000 law firms as members, is continuing to undergo significant growth
• continuing to develop Pannone’s Social Housing team which Charles has helped establish in the last 3 years
