1.Have you and your partner/civil partner lived in England or Wales for at least the last six months?

2.Have you been married or in a civil partnership for over a year?

3.Are you or your partner from another country, or do you live abroad?

4. On divorce/dissolution, will there be any change to the current ownership of assets e.g. savings accounts, family home, property, investments, debts, business interests, etc?

5. A basic divorce/dissolution does not include arrangements for finances and assets. On divorce/dissolution, would you like to ensure that your income and assets are protected from future claims by your partner?

6.Would you like an hour of legal advice from a specialist family solicitor to discuss your divorce/dissolution and make sure there's nothing you've overlooked?

7.Would you like ongoing support throughout your case from a specialist family solicitor, which includes the investigation of your partner's finances?

8.Where did you hear about us?
