Pannone transforms partnership structure which sees a number of new promotions across the firm
Law firm Pannone has transformed its partnership structure as part of a new talent management programme which is being rolled out across the firm.
The changes have seen the introduction of Junior Equity Members, ending the role of Salaried Partner and repositioning the role of Fixed Share Member in a move to create an even more dynamic and effective partnership.
The firm has also introduced the new position of Director. The roles are open to senior people who work in both fee-earning and business services teams and will now have the title of Legal Director or Business Services Director.
Those being promoted from Senior Associate to Fixed Share Member are Vicky McLynn and Amy Chandler, and from Senior Associate/Senior Manager to the role of Director are Caroline Dawson-Gerrard, Steve Simpson, Luigi Salzano, Dan Morton and Chris Styles.
The new position of Junior Equity Member has been designed as a stepping stone through to full equity and has been awarded to those with a positive market profile, delivering highly-valued service to clients and meeting high standards of business development and leadership within the firm.
Those who are taking up the position of Junior Equity Member are Zia Ullah, Sara Teasdale, Fiona Wood, Beverley Darwent, David Brown, Nicola Marchant and Samantha Blackburn.
Managing Partner Emma Holt said the main reasons behind the changes are to attract, encourage and reward talented people, positioning them at the right level to develop their long-term careers.
She said: “In order to deliver our future plans for the business, maintaining and growing a vibrant partnership structure is critical to achieving our goals. Therefore, the first step of a firm-wide talent management programme has been to revamp our partnership structure.
“The new position of Director and the creation of Junior Equity Members reflect a modern and innovative firm which is now in an excellent position to deliver our future plans for the business.”
