New statistics out this week have confirmed that farmland prices in the UK are on course for a tenth consecutive year of growth.

New statistics out this week have confirmed that farmland prices in the UK are on course for a tenth consecutive year of growth. Claire Reid, a Senior Associate in our family department, was given the opportunity to comment on this to The Huffington Post, considering the impact on farmers and the role of pre-nuptial agreements to try and protect their farming interests, and those of other farming family members.
