As part of the celebration of International Women's Day, Pannone have teamed up with the Birdhouse Fund for their annual flagship event of "VDay"!

As part of the celebration of International Women's Day, Pannone have teamed up with the Birdhouse Fund for their annual flagship event of "VDay"!

The Birdhouse Fund will be taking over the Manchester Birdcage for a special performance of V Monologues, followed by drinks and dancing.  It will provide an opportunity for women (and men!) in Manchester to get to know each other and to raise much-needed funds for the continuation of the fund's work.
 
The Birdhouse Fund is part of the Community Foundation for Manchester and raises funds to give grants to women who one way or another have suffered knocks in life and need a helping hand.  Cara Nuttall sits on the fundraising committee and the department has been swift to offer support. 

As well as sponsoring the event, we are offering our very own Liz Cowell as a member of the cast!  Many of the rest of us are looking forward to a night out in the audience to offer our support to Liz and her fellow cast members, it's certainly something a little different to the family solicitor day job!
