Court of Protection User survey – have your say

The Court of protection is carrying out a survey of Court users with the aim of improving the service offered to us.

The Court of protection is carrying out a survey of Court users with the aim of improving the service offered to us.

The survey can be found by following this link and a covering letter from the Court can be accessed here I think it is a positive step that the Court is taking, consulting with users on ways to improve processes. I hope we can all look forward in future to a more responsive Court of Protection.
