The work of trainees in our Regulatory team
The Regulatory team covers a wide variety of cases, from complex financial crime prosecutions, to representing professional clients in disciplinary proceedings, as well as defending clients in health and safety and environmental cases.
As a trainee you should expect to attend caution interviews, witness court hearings, draft briefs to Counsel and liaise with bodies such as the Serious Fraud Office, Financial Services Authority and the Office of Fair Trading.
Trainees should expect a really interesting seat, with fast paced and diverse work.
