The work of trainees in our Commercial Real Estate team
Trainees work for all members of the team and gain experience across a broad range of property services, including dealing with the acquisition of development sites and advising on planning law. Trainees will assist with research, investigating title to properties, drafting sale contracts and transfers, reviewing leases, attending client meetings and dealing with registration and the submission of stamp duty land tax returns.
