The work of trainees in our Commercial team
The Commercial team offers trainees a wide variety of work. Trainees have the opportunity to gain experience in relation to intellectual property rights, contract drafting, corporate restructures, environmental law, consumer credit, partnership law, charity law and competition law along with many other areas.
Trainees are able to experience a high level of client contact and there is the opportunity for some early responsibility. Trainees will also get the opportunity to get some real 'hands on' drafting experience across a broad range of contracts ranging from straight forward trading agreement to highly complex major contracts.
