Social reputation
Pannone is famous for its social reputation and this, for our trainees, starts before they even begin their training contract with us.
All future trainees are invited to our Easter lunch, to meet with the trainees recruited in the same year as them and the year above and are encouraged to keep in touch whilst they continue their studies/travelling before joining the firm.
All our future trainees study the Pannone LPC+ together at the College of Law, Manchester and we run a buddy scheme so that those future trainees have a buddy from our existing first year trainees whom they meet for drinks and other nights out.
In their first week with the firm, the new trainees have a night out with the rest of the trainees to welcome them to the firm and all new trainees have a buddy from the second year trainees, if possible someone who has been in the seat they are going in to.
Pannone has an extremely active social committee with drinks events arranged on a monthly basis as well as trips abroad, treasure hunts, shopping trips, go–karting, skiing trips and Christmas parties, summer barbecues, etc.
The highlight of any trainee social calendar is the MTSG ball at Christmas. All of the trainees are taken to this by the firm, together with some of the partners - and many take their bonus half day Christmas shopping day to have their hair done!
