We offer training contracts for law and non-law graduates from a variety of backgrounds. What all our trainees have in common, though, are excellent academic standards, good teamwork and communication skills and an enthusiastic approach.
We have a reputation for offering high quality training with a much greater element of choice than most firms are able to offer.
The Chambers Student Guide 2012 says: "Trainees remain very happy with the training Pannone has to offer. It may not feature in The Sunday Times' 'Best 100' survey any more, but the Student Guide still gives it top marks."
The trainees themselves choose which seats they want to go to, switching between commercial and private client groups if they wish or specialising in either area, depending on their preference.
Andrea Cohen, our Training Partner, takes a close interest in progress, seeing trainees regularly for formal and informal reviews and running a structured in-house training programme on a range of topics from Marketing to Time Management.
