The Christie
Pannone Solicitors are proud to support The Christie one of our chosen charities for 2011/12.
The Christie is the largest cancer centre in Europe, treating over 40,000 patients a year. They are also an international leader in research, with world first breakthroughs for over 100 years.
The Christie was first established in 1901 through generous donations and fundraising has continued to support vital development for more than a century. The charity helps to pay for cancer research, new facilities, high-tech equipment and extra patient services – helping cancer patients both cope with and survive cancer.

Our involvement:
Pannone Solicitors were proud to sponsor the 'Walk of Hope' on 3 September 2011 and many of our team are volunteering at the event to help make it a success. This was a gentle evening stroll through the grounds of Tatton Park to honour the courage of loved ones battling cancer and those who have sadly passed away.
Our sponsorship enables The Christie to ensure that every penny generated by the fundraisers makes a real difference to the lives of cancer patients both now and in the future.

Members of our team ran on behalf of The Christie at the Bupa Great North run raising over £800.
Christie's Bucket Collection Challenge
A team from Pannone competed in The Christie's Bucket Collection Challenge at the Manchester United 'v' Manchester City Derby game on 23rd October 2011. Together they managed to raise a fantastic £738.94 and our top collector collected the most money and won the top individual prize of a signed Manchester United football.
