Equality & Diversity

Pannone values diversity. We believe that a diversity of backgrounds can add to the quality and relevance of the legal services that we can offer to our clients. We aim to reflect the communities in which we work and encourage applications from people of every background. We believe in fairness and that we should treat each other with respect, including respect for our differences.

We are signatories of the Law Society Diversity and Inclusion Charter and agree whole heartedly that:

‘The public commitment by signatories to the Charter to making progress on this agenda is underpinned by the requirement to report annually not only on their initiatives to drive change but also, crucially, their impact. Over time we will build a powerful insight into the approaches and initiatives that can make a real and sustainable difference in terms of attracting and retaining a more diverse range of talent.’
